Increase strength, power and finesse with our Olympic Weightlifting classes! Focus on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk in a fun, focussed environment. We teach skill, technique and control, and once mastered, we add speed followed by load. With dedication, patience and discipline, you will increase all elements of fitness. Stretch, flex & breathe

Improve joint and muscle flexibility, harness control of your breath and tap into a mindful state that will help you connect more consciously with your body. Yoga will assist you in strengthening your balance and increasing endurance and flexibility. With a focus on breathing and the balance between effort and ease, expect to leave class feeling calmer, more focused and recharged to take on that next WOD!

What do we do  in Run Club?? Run of course...

We break down running technique, breathing strategies, core strength and posture and have fun doing it! Run Club is programmed in 8-12 week blocks to compliment your CrossFit training, leading into running events throughout the year.

Train for a half marathon, the Pyramid Race, or just to help lose weight or increase your capacity!
