Join CrossFit HQ and the CrossFit Foundation on September 1, 2018 to help build the life-saving culture of CrossFit for Kids in our schools, our parks, our neighbourhoods, our communities. With your help, we can put the kids who need it most on a path to life-long health. That’s what Saved by the Barbell is all about.
The Kick-starter will teach you the fundamentals of CrossFit. You will be led through the basics in a safe and supportive environment, under the watchful eye of one of our experienced Coaches. They will ensure you receive the personal attention you need, no-matter your current fitness level or ability. This is the best way to get your
CrossFit journey started.
The Kick-starter consists of 3 sessions and a week of free training. Beginners are encouraged to complete the course before joining in regular CrossFit sessions.
