FREE CrossFit Beginners Course

Contact us for our next dates!

Our FREE Beginners Course is a 2 hour workshop, designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of CrossFit and our amazing community at CrossFit North 16145!

Whatever your fitness level and ability may be, we will take you through the exercises and methodology of CrossFit and give you a chance to learn in a fun, friendly and safe environment!

You will learn the foundation movements of CrossFit at a comfortable pace, with full guidance and individual coaching throughout.

MUSCLE-UP 2hr WORKSHOP

The Phoenix Movement has a blended fusion of techniques that have been designed specifically for adults. We not only look at the HOW but also the WHY of this type of training enabling you to see the bigger picture and the many crossover benefits that can be achieved. With a low coach to participant ratio so you will receive lots of one on one coaching to maximise your results. Our workshops are suitable for ALL LEVELS.

WHAT WE TEACH:
01 – Body Shaping and Core
The ability to hold and transition between different basic positions as well as maintain tension in the core is an essential piece on your Gymnastics journey.

02 – Bar Muscle Up Technique
We teach Bar Muscle Up Conditioning, Body Alignment Drills and Skill Development.

03 – Ring Muscle Up Technique
We teach Ring Muscle Up Conditioning, Body Alignment Drills and Skill Development.

HANDSTAND 2hr WORKSHOP

The Phoenix Movement has a blended fusion of techniques that have been designed specifically for adults. We not only look at the HOW but also the WHY of this type of training enabling you to see the bigger picture and the many crossover benefits that can be achieved.

We currently coach the successful Gymnastics program at Crossfit Torian one of Australia’s largest Crossfit Boxes.

We have a low coach to participant ratio so you will receive lots of one on one coaching and maximise your results.

We teach Basic Handstand Conditioning, Body Alignment Drills.

Handstand Walking and Pressing Drills that will help you start mastering your Handstand.
